Azure AI Studio deployment to Copilot Studio , during the wizard i am facing this issue "Network Error"

Experiencing a "Network Error" when deploying from Azure OpenAI Studio to Copilot Studio is a known issue that several users have encountered :

Use an InPrivate or Incognito Browser Window: Some users have found that deploying from an InPrivate or Incognito window resolves the network error. This approach can help bypass potential browser caching or extension conflicts.

Thankyou for the reply , i already checked the below : -

Use an InPrivate or Incognito Browser Window no effect

Log Out of Multiple Microsoft Accounts same network error

Switch to the "Old Look" Version of Azure OpenAI Studio , it worked but Open AI Connection not created while deploying the solution to copilot hence no result displaying in the copilot

Check for Service Updates or Known Issues , nothing happened. Please suggest any other solution.

I tried from my side to deploy the copilot resource from Azure Open AI studio and it worked just fine.

.

Could you please check if you have any Corporate Proxy / Network firewall within your network ?

Could you please try from a different network and check if that helps ?

Could you please try from Azure AI studio instead and check if that helps ?

Which region is your Azure OpenAI resource deployed to ? WHich model version are you using ?

Clear browser cache, Log out of all your MS accounts and close/re-open your browser.

Could you please check if both Copilot Studio and my Azure services are under the same company account ?

Could you please confirm if the CORS is enabled on your storage account ?

Please ensure that you have RBAC role permissions Azure AI Developer, Contributor, Azure AI Inference Deployment Operator or Owner on the Azure AI resource.

Please ensure that your copilot studio is in the region shared here.

If none of the above suggestion help, Please collect browser HAR trace and share it over the private message.

@Adnan Amjad Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving this issue.

.
Cause:

We have identified the cause of Network Errorwhen deploying from Azure OpenAI Studio to Copilot Studio. The issue is due to miscommunication between the two studios. The AI studio sent the ID, which does not include a / at the beginning of the ID. However, the Copilot studio side expects an ID with a /, which resulted in this issue while parsing the ID.

Fix:
We have deployed the fix to all the regions. This issue shouldn't occur anymore.
