I am experiencing this exact same issue, no problems at all until yesterday then this issue has begun happening.
Power Automate: SQL - Transform Data using Power Query recently started giving AADSTS7000113: Application 'f3b07414-6bf4-46e6-b63f-56941f3f4128' is not authorized to make application on-behalf-of calls error
All my Transform Data Using Power Query steps in my flows are receiving the following message after Friday afternoon. I had some successful runs before that, perhaps 30 minutes prior.
The error I am receiving is the following:
AADSTS7000113: Application 'f3b07414-6bf4-46e6-b63f-56941f3f4128' is not authorized to make application on-behalf-of calls. Trace ID: 27abcedf-d2b9-4f61-a2e3-aecccd0be601 Correlation ID: fa72225e-8007-4254-818c-60484c37d060 Timestamp: 2024-11-10 19:31:50Z
Is this perhaps a limit exceeded? Is there anyway to find out or diagnose this?
I double checked with IT and I have user access to the On-prep gateway that the SQL server works with.

2024-11-11T13:46:47.75+00:00 I am noticing the exact same issue as my Power Automate flow that uses "Transform data using Power Query." I can access SQL database and I can even edit and see the preview results in that component. However, when I "run" the flow, it fails and when I try to save the flow as-is, it shows this error message.
My flow was running fine until Nov 8th 8:15 am EST. Based on others, it sounds like it stopped working somewhat Friday afternoon til now. Could Microsoft kindly look into this asap?

2024-11-12T07:21:47.1866667+00:00 Same issue using power query in a flow to load data from a SQL server through on-premise data gateway. Started receiving this error on 11.11, previously it worked for more than a year.
Did not help:
- Tried to update the on-premise gateway to the latest version.
- Tried to login again with the user on the on-premise gateway. (it says "Connected")
- Tried to edit the connection details, re-type the username and password, save
- Trying to edit the power query step: "Failed to retrieve dynamic outputs. As a result, this operation's outputs might not be visible in subsequent actions. Error details: The dynamic operation request to API 'sql' operation 'SqlGetPassThroughPQMetadata' failed with status code 'BadRequest'. This may indicate invalid input parameters."
I tried to create a new empty flow with a Transform data using Power query. Just adding the step shows me an error.
The "Fix connection" link redirects me to an empty connections page.

2024-11-12T08:46:16.3733333+00:00 Same issue here
All my flows failed.
I did notice SQL connection inside the step was moved to other connections instead of being as usual in my connections.
if I edit the transform power data query, I can see all the data normally. if I tried to save I receive an error.
Using them over two years.
SQL on premises
most of them are shared flows

2024-11-12T08:57:42.82+00:00 I have the same issue:
- But only with one flow out of aprox 100 flows.
- I can not create or save flows containing the action "Transform data using Power Query"
