    Hi @Mani

Does this computer connect to the Internet at least once every 30 days?

If yes, then IT admin need to check the license that assigned to this user.

    • In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, go to the Users > Active users page.
    • Select the row of the user.
    • In the right pane, select Licenses and Apps.
    • If the license is already assigned, uncheck it, select Save changes, then check it again and select Save changes again.

If this step does not work, but this use already has valid E3 license, then please try following steps:

    • Temporarily disabled McAfee or other anti-virus software.
    • Close all Office apps and OneDrive.
    • Download the OLicenseCleanup.zip file, extract the OLicenseCleanup.vbs script, and run it using elevated permissions to remove previous licenses and cached account information.
    • Restart one Office app and sign in account to have a check.

For more, please refer to: Microsoft 365 Apps activation error: “Product deactivated".
