Using Chrome, when I click on any of the options under Create, the page does nothing. After clicking, the DevTools does show several CORS related errors: Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://catalogartifact.azureedge.net/publicartifacts/Microsoft.WebSite-2.6.8/UIDefinition.json' from origin 'https://portal.azure.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. I've used an incognito window, turned off any extensions, and nothing has worked. Searching shows a similar error but for a different section in the portal. Edge works fine, but I need to be able to use Chrome.

@AnthonyMitchell-9489 Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A, apologize for any inconvenience caused on this.

Based on the shared information, I understood that you are unable to create the app service from portal using Google Chrome browser and seeing some CORS errors in the developer tools of the browser.

I had quickly tried to create the WebApp using Chrome browser (running on V131.0.6778.70) from local machine and I am able to load the create app service blade without any issues as shown in below gif.

Could you please check the following.

    1. Are there any third-party extensions, ad-on etc., were installed? If yes, try disabling them and retry the same operation.
    2. Try clearing the cache, logout and login back to portal and check.
    3. I would suggest you update the chrome to latest version and check.

This might be an issue with Chrome browser version that you are using or WebSitesExtension that is not getting loaded properly.

If you are still facing the issue, help us with the session Id (Ctrl +Alt +d) keyboards keys and share the browser F12 traces to check and assist you further on this.

Hope this helps, let me know if you are still facing any issues.
