Our company is a member of the Microsoft Founders Hub. We still have $100k credits remaining but our subscription is expiring. To budget appropriately I would like to know the month to month breakdown of the costs that we can assume will be associated with continuing. However when I got to usage details, it says I don't have an active sponsorship. BUT we are actively using Azure credits. Is there a separate credit portal for the startup credits? Or another space that I could find this information?

    Hello Lane Oian,

You can view or download detailed usage data like resource name, type, region, and cost via microsoftazuresponsorships.com or the link on the homepage of Founders Hub.

You can also view why from your cost analysis. In the Azure portal, navigate to Cost Management + Billing > Cost Management > Cost analysis. Here, you can analyze your spending patterns and identify any anomalies.

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/understand/analyze-unexpected-charges

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Hi Lane Oian,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As a member of the Microsoft Founders Hub, you should be able to track your Azure credits and usage.

    1. Founders Hub: Log in to your account and check the Benefits section to confirm your credit balance and ensure your subscription is active and linked to the Founders Hub benefits here.
    2. Azure Sponsorship Portal: If applicable, access this portal for detailed credit usage, including resources and costs (accessible only to sponsorship account owners).
    3. Cost Management in Azure: Navigate to Cost Management + Billing in the Azure Portal to review the month-to-month cost breakdown for your subscription.

Please refer to the Azure Benefits

If the issue persists, it may be due to a misalignment between your Azure subscription and Founders Hub credits. Contact Microsoft support for clarification.
We recommend opening a support ticket with the Founders Hub support team by following these steps: https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/signup?drawer_open=true please click on "Support" on this page to submit support ticket.

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
