Outlook new email redirects to Google

Hi all,

I just inherited a network and I'm trying to set up autodiscover for the users so everything goes smoothly for the new mailboxes. The issue that I am having and which is also discussed in the forum without a resolution, is that every time the user sets up the mailbox, it will redirect him to Google.

In the past, the domain was par of Google Workspace, but now everything in our on-site Exchange server. Public DNS records were changed months ago and there is none that points to Google.

Clients are clean VMs just for the sake of testing with Office 2019.

Any ideas?
