OneDrive will not sign out of previous user login - Android - Shared Device Mode

Hello,

We have some Android tablets that we want to be shared amongst our front line workers.

The Android tablets are configured to have the managed home screen in Microsoft Intune.

My understanding of Shared Device Mode is that it is meant to log you out of all of your apps and remove all data to enable the next user to log on.

The problem we are experiencing is that when the second user logs in after the first user; the first user is still logged into their OneDrive and can open their documents.

I have followed the best I can with the instructions in this link below, but it unfortunately has not worked.

OneDrive won't sign out users on Android multi-user kiosk mode | Microsoft Community Hub

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

@Keith Trodd Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

As I didn't have the test device, and I can't repeat this issue. After researching, I didn't find there's any setting in Intune side to clear the credential. Given this situation, it is suggested to create an online support ticket to find if we can get more help. Here is the support link:

    Thanks for the understanding.
