    Hi Tirthankar Chakraborty

Microsoft has not yet announced a release date for the ETA of the Document Intelligence 2024-07-31-preview. To stay updated on this and other developments, please keep an eye on the Azure Service release notes, which provide the latest information on new features and enhancements in Azure services. please refer this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/document-intelligence/whats-new?view=doc-intel-4.0.0&tabs=csharp

I hope this helps you! Thankyou!

It seems like the custom generative model option might be unavailable in your region or service tier. Make sure you're using the right service and check if your region supports it. If it’s still missing, try reaching out to Microsoft support for a quick fix!
