Getting responses from Microsoft Form to "Create CSV table"

I am trying to complete 3rd part "Create CSV table", and I am stuck because I do not see any content available.

BTW, I tried to mimic this Logic App based on this post.

When I ran the Logic App, I got results from first two parts as shown below:

What should I do or what am I missing?

BTW, my Microsoft Form looks like this (just one question for now).

    Hi @Justin Doh , you can follow the answer from original poster, which describes 2 additional steps required between "Get response details" and "Create CSV table":

    • Initialize variable
    • Append to array variable
