Not able to view phone number post purchasing under Azure Communication Services

    Hi @gaurav raj we're sorry to hear you're facing this issue. When did your purchase the number? What are you currently seeing in the portal?

    After purchasing a phone number in Azure Communication Services, there's a short delay while the number is provisioned and becomes available in your resource.

    Wait a few minutes (usually 5-10 minutes, but sometimes longer) and refresh the Azure portal. The number should appear in the "Phone numbers" section of your Communication Services resource.

    Also, look for any error messages or notifications in the Azure portal related to the purchase. If there was an error, try purchasing the number again.

    It seems like you're facing an issue with viewing the phone number after purchasing it under Azure Communication Services (ACS).
    Go to Azure portal > Azure Communication Services > Phone Numbers.

    Ensure the phone number’s status is Active.

    Ensure you have at least Reader access to view the number in the Azure portal.

    Use Azure Communication Services REST API or SDK to fetch phone number details if it’s not visible in the portal.

    Confirm there are no billing or subscription issues preventing number provisioning.

    Verify the number is available in your region and there are no restrictions
