Hi @gaurav raj we're sorry to hear you're facing this issue. When did your purchase the number? What are you currently seeing in the portal?
After purchasing a phone number in Azure Communication Services, there's a short delay while the number is provisioned and becomes available in your resource.
Wait a few minutes (usually 5-10 minutes, but sometimes longer) and refresh the Azure portal. The number should appear in the "Phone numbers" section of your Communication Services resource.
Also, look for any error messages or notifications in the Azure portal related to the purchase. If there was an error, try purchasing the number again.
