below Option tried but still facing same issue (Windows 11 Home single user)

1- BIOS Enable Intel VT

2- Remove Windows Features Virtual Machine Platform + Windows Hypervisor Platform

3- CMD as Admin, Run "bcdedit" and then "bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off"

4- Turn Off Core Isolation features "Memory Integrity"

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    Based on the information you provided, I suggest you try the following methods to see if they can solve the problem:

    1. Open Windows Security -> Under Virus & threat protection, click Manage settings -> find Tamper Protection - > toggle it Off

    2**.** Open Registry Editor Navigate to this path:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard -> create DWORD EnableVirtualizationBasedSecurity -> set its value to 0

    1. Restart the PC and check again.
