How do I disable the Outlook popup asking for credentials when configuring a mail profile?

Hi there,

I would like to somehow set up our system so when a mail profile is created, there is no pop up asking for credentials.

We have a domain and users sign in with their domain credentials which are linked to O365 Exchange for mailboxes.

Surely there must be a way :)

Thankyou!

    Hi @Sal Pat ,

As I know, from the perspective of Outlook and Exchange, we could create new profiles for users with minimal user interaction via ZeroConfigExchange (ZCE). ZCE is a registry setting that tells Outlook to create a new profile using the SMTP address from Active Directory and to then leverage Autodiscover. In a perfect case, there are no prompts. For more related information, please check this Blog: ZeroConfigExchange - Automating the Creation of an Outlook Profile for Exchange Accounts.

    Hope this can be helpful.
