sigin error code

Hi All when i check sign-in logs for one of the Azure Service Principal i.e Azure App Registration, i am seeing the below error as in screenshot. please guide me as client secret is valid and i dont see any issue.

    Thank you for posting your issue on Microsoft Q&A.

    I understand that you are encountering an error code 500014. As per the error either the subscription is lapsed, or administrator disabled the application.

    If your Subscription within the tenant is still active, then an admin must have disabled the application. If you have an admin account, you can re-enable it through the Azure Portal.

    Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:

    1.Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID.

    2.Navigate to Enterprise Applications and remove all the filters.

    3.Search the application based on application id or from all applications.

    4.Click on Properties.

    5."Enable for users to sign-in?" to YES
