In one of my Azure subscriptions a domain name expired 5 days ago. In the "Domain Renewal" section it says my domain is eligible for renewal but the button to renew is greyed out. I tried to create a support ticket but when it got to the 'solution page' it was blank. I reported the issue about the solution page which had several errors in Edge's console. However, I still have no way to renew my domain name.

I discovered the reason I couldn't renew my domain name subscription. It was because I hadn't been registered as a roll-based user of the app. After assigning myself as an owner in Entra the 'Renew Domain' button was lit up.
