how to fix redirect loop login between login.omicrosoftonlie.com and portal.azure.com

After changing my hard disk to SSD with new windows 10, I got login issue in Azure portal. After authenticating using MFA app, it starts to redirect loop and finally display "we could sign you in. please try again". But I am still able to access my account with student subscription using my phone. It does not work only with my PC.
