Encountering a "We were unable to find your Azure tenant" error when trying to create an App Service or MySQL database on Azure. After attempting to log in, you get redirected to the Azure welcome page. When trying the "Try for Free" option, the error is shown after login.

    Hello Oluwatobiloba Faseun,

    Thanks for your question.

This normally happens when there is an issue with tenant identification or access permissions during the creation of Azure resources

    I would recommend these steps.

    1. Clear your browser cache or try accessing the Azure portal in an incognito/private mode. Or a different browser
    2. Check that you are logged into the correct Azure tenant. You can switch tenants using the Default directory blade in the Azure portal. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devtest/offer/how-to-change-directory-tenants-visual-studio-azure
    3. Also check your Azure account has an active subscription. If you do not have a subscription, sign up for a free trial or a paid plan

If the above don't resolve please try to reach out to support here:

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
