Stuck in an infinite loop of MFA Action Required

I am the admin of my organization. I was accessing my account and admin centers normally, then I was prompted to add a secondary email (authenticator was already in use). After I submitted the secondary email I got stuck in an infinite loop of these two pages2

    I have the same issue and looping to the same error, however it only happens in google Chrome and Microsoft Edge is logging in properly. i tried to clear Cache and cookies but still same. BTW what is the APP Password that its asking? it generate a password with the name that we choose, where can i enter that?
