I created an Azure Bot Service, and when I clicked on Channels and selected Teams, then clicked Open in Teams, I encountered the following error:

“You do not have permission to use this app here. Learn how to install this app yourself: Learn more.”

I checked the admin settings and found that I have already been added to the user group for this app. Additionally, my user role is Global (Org-wide default), and the upload permissions are enabled.

Where could the issue be?

Step 3: Review Azure Bot Service Configuration

    1. Azure Portal:
      • Go to the Azure Portal.
      • Navigate to your Azure Bot Service.
    2. Teams Channel Configuration:

    2. Upload Permissions:
      • Ensure that the upload permissions are enabled for the user or user group
