Why documents added inside document sets are not shoiwng inside the site search

Question

I have created a communication site, and i added 2 document sets inside the "Site Pages" built-in library, one document set for storing documents and the other for storing site pages. now inside the document set for storing site pages I added a test site page with this title:-

and i added a test document with this content:-

and i added the same document inside the built-in "Shared Document" library:-

Now seems after 2 hour of adding all the above content, not all the content inside the document sets are not showing inside the site search, for example when i do a search for "Time line", i got the page-

But when i do a search for "Budget", i only get the document inside the "shared document" library and not inside the document sets defined inside the "Site Pages" library:-

any advice why not all the content inside the document sets are not been searchable? mainly documents in my case?

According to your description, I tested it and found that Page and Document can be searched normally. The problem you described did not occur. It seems that there is no problem with your permissions and the search index should be set up normally. Then, we suggest that you try it in a new site to see if the situation is different.
