One of our users initiated a restart of our Azure Database for PostgreSQL - Flexible Server and it has been restarting for hours. Is there anything that can be done about this? All of our options are grayed out.
How do I submit a support request for this? I am struggling to find it. When I go to "Help + support," it just brings me troubleshooting methods.
There is an option when you are on support request that you can bypass those troublehooting method just take a look again
This is all I get. Maybe I don't have the correct permissions?
Just an update here. I am the "Owner" of the subscription under which the Postgres Flexible Server is under, and I have the "Support Request Contributor Role," but I am still unable to submit a ticket for it. The subscription permissions have also been inherited to the resource group. There is only one subscription tied to this postgres server.
What else could I be missing?

Restart server using CLI:
We haven’t heard from you on the last response and was just checking back to see if you have a resolution yet.
In case if you have any resolution please do share that same with the community as it can be helpful to others. Otherwise, will respond with more details and we will try to help.
Unfortunately, the CLI thing did not work and said my server was inaccessible. The issue resolved itself after 5 hours.
