How to find the certification by using certification ID

I have passed the AZ900 exam on six months before but I cannot find my certificate details in my profile. Could you please assist me to find my certificate. Please reach out to me to find out the details.

    You may find your certifications from Credentials Page in the Microsoft Q & A. the URL for the credentials page is

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/

    Click on the credentials menu from the left side, you will see both Applied Skills and Certifications Tab.

    Click on Certifications, you will see the list of certifications you have.

    Click on View All to view all the certifications. If you could not find all your certifications, you are required to contact Credentials Support, the details are given in the below page.
