Hi Team, I need your help with microsoft connected cache for isp. I have followed all steps as outlined in the official microsoft documentation and done with the entire installation and provisioning including creation of the cache node in the azure portal. Everything on the cache node(my ubuntu VM) seems fine when I ssh into it as you can see below results when I run the iotedge list command.
aaa@bbbsrvr:~# iotedge list

NAME STATUS DESCRIPTION Config

MCC running Up a month

edgeAgent running Up a month

edgeHub running Up a month

Sadly, in the azure portal, the status of the cache node shows "never phoned home". Also, under monitoring tab, the healthy nodes count is 0, and the unhealthy nodes count is also zero. I have tried looking online for fixes, but they all take me back to the installation and provisioning which I am done with.
Any insights will be greatly appreciated
