How to install newer UiAutomation library to Windows server 2016

On my Windows 11, UiAutomationCore.dll (file version 7.2.22621.2361, product version 10.0.22621.2361) file size is 4.23Mb. On Windows server 2016, the same dll (file version 7.2.14393.4169, product version 10.0.14393.4169) file size is 1.62Mb. On the same application, the UiAutomation properties for the same element are different. The one on Windows 11 provide RuntimeId but not the one on Windows server 2016. How can I upgrade the UiAutomation library on Windows server?
