Authentication app failure

Ok so I have the authentication app on my phone, I use it to sign in to my 401k company daily, 3 weeks ago I switched phones and downloaded the app om my new phone and now can not access my 401k information because when I enter the code from my auth app it says wrong code or (incorrect code) it does not give me the option to send the code to my email or phone the auth app is the only way I can get in. My 401k company changed the way I sign in and also troubleshoot the issue 3 times with no success! Therefore they had told me to get ahold of my auth app company and when I did they said there was nothing they could do 😔 I have thousands of dollars that I can not access please please someone help! My 401k company told me there was nothing else they could do so I'm in dyer need of some help pleaa
