Another installation is in progress. Unable to run other application\Packages from Software center

I get this message when I try to install available software's from software center. I did check appenforce.log and ececxmgr.log and I see no application or packages are pending for installation.

is there any option in SCCM to prioritize the application\packages to install? How can I find which package\application is blocking the installation?
