The Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service is now having trouble starting on Windows. Ensuring appropriate communication between the Exchange Server and Active Directory depends on this service.

Observations: The Exchange environment's general operation is impacted by the service's inability to launch.

We need to confirm all options, however previous talks suggest that there could be a relation to the current SSL certificate issue.
