Unable to connect to server using Remote Desktop Connection

I have a virtual server running Server 2019 that will not let me connect to it. I either get a black screen that never responds or I get an error message that says: "This computer cant connect to the remote computer. The two computers couldn't connect in the allotted time. Try connecting again." or this error message: "Could not connect to remote computer. Check your network settings or contact your Administrator"
I can connect to it through N-Able and N-central.
I can also get to it through Hyper-V manager.
I have rebooted the server and checked that remote desktop connection is on and the 2 different users are authorized to connect to it.

2024-12-10T19:19:11+00:00 Some idiot at MS decided that that particular messages doesn't need to say *which* remote connection it was disconnecting. You really get stomach pain from the ineptude of the people behind this.
"Remote desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:".
Never saying WHICH connection. Only MS could do this.
