An unknown command-line option when deploying exchange 2019

Dear All, 

         I install my first exchange 2019 CU14 on server 2019, but i kept receiving the following, any idea what i did wrong ?

Setup.exe /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms_DiagnosticDataOFF
