Migrate Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) from 2016 to 2019

Dear Support,

I migrated Sql server from 2016 to 2019 on the same server , during the migration I had to uninstall SSRS 2016.

After migrating to Sql 2019 I had to install SSRS 2019 manually and complete the configuration ( I am using the same old ReportServer DB ) , I already had the backup of the encryption key.

I resaturated it, and when I wanted to open the webportal I received a message "The service is not available.

An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details.

Could you please help?

Thanks in advance.
