authenticator app not working loop

I have work email that I cant use because the authenticator app wont let me log in it ask for authenticator app while being on the authenticator app, not sure if it because got a new phone don't have access to the old one. IT from work didn't help. So now don't have access to anything!!

    Had the same problem, I tried to synchronize the app time to my device clock. Then it worked. Hope this helps.
