Change Email for Volume License Product Key

Question

Dear Team,

Need your assists to change Email Admin for access Volume License Product Key Website due I do not receive HandOver in regards this from previous IT.

Change email ******@frasershositality.com to be ******@frasershospitality.com. Fyi.. we have Certificate Microsoft Windows Server 2016.

Please follow up this.

I'm sorry, I am not authorized to make changes to your email address or account information.

However, you can easily update your email address for your Volume License Product Key Website by following these steps:

1. Go to Volume Licensing Service Center (microsoft.com).
2. Sign in with your current email address and password.
3. Click on "Profile" in the top right corner of the page.
4. Click on "Edit Profile" and update your email address to the new one.
5. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Once you have updated your email address, you should receive an email confirmation from Microsoft.

The issue is I do not the password also the email ******@frasershospitality.com already deleted due Ibnu.Andika is resigned from Our Company. Need your assists in reagrds this.
