New SQL Server stand-alone installation trouble

Hi, I have a trouble while installing new SQL Server. Additionally, I need several features, including Analysis Services, which is a cause of the problem. Everything is fine until I reach Analysis Services Configuration. Default data directories turn out to be invalid and I cannot proceed.

Error message is: ,,The folder path specified is invalid. Please enter a valid folder path." The trouble appears for all 4 directories (data, log file, temp and backup). I will be extremly grateful for any kind of help.
