I couldn't be able to install microsoft sql server 2022. here is my issue

Unable to install SQL Server (setup.exe).

Exit code (Decimal): -2061893607Error description: Could not find the Database Engine startup handle.

SQL SERVER INSTALL LOG FOLDER

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log\20240414_081907

i contacted support team, but they are not responding. please someone from support help me with this. i need an instant support ASAP. i'm worried
