Hello,

I cannot log in to the microsoft volume licensing page as a work/school account with the ******@ak-bim.com.tr e-mail address I am using. I ask for your support in this matter.

Action Required

To continue using VLSC, you must update your sign-in to the managed tenant Work or School Account (WSA). You are currently using an Unmanaged Tenant account to log in to the site. This is done to better protect your license information.

Option 1: If your organization uses Microsoft online services, you may already have an account. Here is the user ID and password you used.

Option 2: Create a new Work or School account to use with VLSC in minutes – Then go back to VLSC and sign in with this new WSA. When asked to verify your corporate email, enter the email address listed in the license or agreement at VLSC (******@ak-bim.com.tr)

Option 3: Contact your IT Administrator to help take ownership of your domain

    Hi Ak-Bim Teknik

Based on the error message you provided, it seems that you need to update your sign-in to a managed tenant Work or School Account (WSA) to access VLSC.

Option 1 is to try using the user ID and password that you used for Microsoft online services, if your organization uses them.

Option 2 is to create a new Work or School account to use with VLSC. When asked to verify your corporate email, enter the email address listed in the license or agreement at VLSC (******@ak-bim.com.tr).

Option 3 is to contact your IT Administrator to help take ownership of your domain.

For more information about sign-in to VLSC, you can visit Frequently Asked Questions for sign-in. | Microsoft Learn.

    Hope it helps.

    Kind regards,

    Lei

So I am in the same boat. Can you tell me when this changed? I don't have any 365 products so basically Option 1 and 3 are out of the question. Option 2 takes me to a site to sign up for a Windows Store for Business Trial.

Are you telling me that when I purchase a volume license I have to pay on top of my purchase monthly just to be able to access my license key(s) for products I have purchased?

How can I get to my licenses without having to pay monthly on top of my original sale price which did not mention any additional cost monthly to be able to access my keys?

Regarding your first question, this is because Microsoft has updated its license and activation system to require users to use a login for a managed tenant work or school account (WSA) to access VLSC.

Regarding your second question, once you purchase a volume license, you don't need to pay extra monthly to access your license key. You only need to pay a one-time fee at the time of purchase to get a license key.

I'm trying to find the activation code for our Windows Server 2019. I'm changing hardware and nee to activate the trial version.

I have a microsoft account but it has been locked due to too many failed logins. I cannot find the password. I tried recovering the password but I'm asked for previous passwords wihich I don't have.
