SSMS Problem on version 20.2.30.0

Hello Everyone,
I have a problem on SSMS version 20.2.30.0, when i wanna open my sql file, instead of open it on one window and new tab on there, it'll open in many window.
It should be mentioned that i changed registry and enabled all check box on tabs and window on option environment.
