Hi Team,

hope you can assist this.

I have byod ipad with IOS 16.7.1 and I want to access company data which our company has add my account into the Intune MAM.

I can see my Samsung mobile is MAM now and able to verify me and let me access company data on my phone. However this BYOD ipad with IOS 16.7.1 is old device which only allow me to upgrade the IOS version to 16.7.1.

I had a look at online Edge app is allow ios16 and above, however when I download the edge app, and restart my ipad, and try to login edge app, it is giving me "Network Time-out - The network request timed out. Please try again [2602]" and went in to a loop.

then I had a look at the microsoft pade, with edge app, it is wrote below:

"iOS

Microsoft Edge for iPad® and iPhone® requires iOS 16.0 or later. Microsoft Edge for iPad Pro™ requires iOS 16.0 or later. Microsoft Edge is supported on the two most recent versions of iOS. When a new version of iOS is released, the Microsoft Edge Operating System requirement becomes the then-current two most recent major versions: the new version of iOS and the previous version."

Can you please let me know if I can access outlook webpage through Edge app on my ipad IOS16.7.1?

Thank you in advanced.

Kind Regards,

Ruby
