Dear Microsoft,

I use a Mac and have received the attached error message from a third party website.

Please could someone advise what I need to do to sign into my Microsoft account and access the third party portal?

    Hello, do you mean that the web page does not open properly?

    Try logging into this site:

    Questions - Microsoft Q&A

    Click "Ask a Question" in the top right corner and select the TAB below

    Hello,

    The link to the forum:

    was broken so I have not been able get help through that route.

    Please does anyone have any other suggestions?
