Hi Professionals, I would like to ask for your opinion in upgrading our old setup to this new target setup. We currently purchased 2pcs SR630 IBM server and divided it into VMware.

  1. What is the best approach to migrate/create the old to its new server and new OS specially MSWinSvr2022 and Exhange 2019?I plan to do it from scratch again in my new servers, and rejoin my clients to the same domain name using prowiz.2. Is there any way that i can change my A.D. user login differ from the email account for every users? ex: ******@domain.com.ph (AD login) ******@domain.com.ph?
  2. Is it a good idea to have 2 AD server (1) for local login only and (1) AD server for its partner (1) exchange 2019?Thanks in advance.
