SCCM Application with multiple deployment type

Dear Expert,

Kindly need your advice. I have some application which contain of multiple deployment type. If I try to query the deployment type for each application, it return some of deployment type has no sdmpackagexml, and there is only one deployment type that has sdmpackagexml info, and turns out it contain all information for other deployment type too. For example here, GlobalProtect App has 6 deployment type.
