SFTP connection, as mentioned the Test result (MAX)

Today I was checking the our new customer Azure environment and noticed that network watcher alert configuration for the SFTP connection, as mentioned the Test result(MAX) alert is configured for the connection, can some one help me to find the details on this alert metrics and threshold needs to be  set for this.

I have noticed alerts generated for the same but checked the source and destination there was no issues, and there is no test failure need help to find the root cause of this alert.
