Windows Server 2022: Why is there no Windows Security Center anymore and why Windows do not see 3rd party Antivirus?

Hi,

None of my Windows 2022 Server see that I have Webroot installed!

And that is a problem because

1- It is not good!

2- One of them is a Remote Desktop server and my users with M365 Outlook gets constantly asked when an apps (ERP) is trying to use Outlook to send a PDF:
I really need it to stop asking this because it is annoying terrible since my user send PDF constantly.
When I go in Outlook "Program Access" Outlook says "This version of Windows do not take charge of the Antivirus detection!?

Which brings me to the Registry Key workaround:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\Feature

Change the DWORD value DisableAVCheck to 1:

... but then: there IS NO Security Center anymore in Windows 2022?! So I cannot input that registry key

So here we are: stuck with this Outlook endless warnings.

Does anyone knows how to fix that?
Why isn't there anymore Windows Security Center?
Why Windows 2022 is incapable of seeing 3rd party antivirus?

txx so much!
