Hello,

I am seeking help. I use a Windows Server with VMs to run mobile apps.

Upon upgrading the VMs to scale, I experience these issues:

1.

An TLS 1.2 Conncetion request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The TLS connection request has failed.

2.

The rules engine failed to evaluate the rules.
Reason:0xC004E023

Stage:BUILD_MASTER_RULES_FROM_FRAGMENTS
Additional data:
<none>

The events include Errors and Warnings on Microsoft-Windows-Security-SPP, Microsoft-Windows-Time-Service, Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power

3.

Time Provider NtpClient: No valid response has been received from manually configured peer time.windows.com,0x8 after 8 attempts to contact it. This peer will be discarded as a time source and NtpClient will attempt to discover a new peer with this DNS name. The error was: The peer is unreachable.

Now my mobile app available on mobile devices via mobile Stores is not functioning. I have tried troubleshooting but the errors above still prevails.

What is the method in addressing the above issues?
