Hi,

It would be great if there was RDP client for Apple Vision Pro.

Currently the iPad client is disabled as compatible with AVP, although native client would be better anyway.

Is this being worked on?

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand your interest in having an RDP client for Apple Vision Pro. Currently, there hasn’t been an official announcement from Microsoft about developing a native RDP client specifically for AVP. However, the demand and discussions around this feature suggest that it might be something they consider in the future.

In the meantime, you might want to explore other remote desktop solutions like Jump desktop, as seen in Remote Desktop Mobile on Apple Vision Pro - Microsoft Q&A

If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

    Best regards,

    Karlie

The windows iPad app is ok on the AVP but I would not call it great. The resolution is lower than what the Apple Vision Pro supports and there is no “wide” or multi monitor mode. Also the keyboard support does not work well since you have to use the gui to activate it. The mouse support does not work well either (this is with mouse & keyboard paired to the AVP)

Please ask for Microsoft to work on a native AVP app

I concur - a native app with support for larger windows, dynamic resolution, etc. would be nice.

btw: you can set higher resolution in settings than what's the default one in the current iPad version. I agree though that native AVP app would be better.
