System Confiuration cannot save the original boot configuration for later restoration. Boot Changes will be reverted. Bitlockerr Drive Encryption cannot be used because critical Bitlocker system files are missing or corrupted. Use Windows startup repair to restore these files to your computer.

I tried to open my PC in safe mode, when i click on apply button, this error comes.

Troubleshoot is also not working. When i click troubleshoot button it says, "Window cannot find C:\windows\system32\msdt.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again.
