Hello!

We've encountered an issue where some users in our organization are unable to connect to their cloud PC, receiving a 'No connection' error. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps such as rebooting the device, running network diagnostics, and clearing the system cache, the problem persists.

Could you please provide additional guidance or suggestions to help resolve this issue promptly?

Thank you!
