error 0xc004f050 indicates that the Software Protection Service reported that the product key is invalid. Here are some possible workarounds:
- Make sure that the product key you have entered is correct. Please check that your key matches the version of the product you purchased.
- Make sure your server is connected to the Internet.
- Make sure your server's date and time are set correctly. If the date and time are incorrect, your product key may be rejected.
- If you are using KMS activation, make sure that your KMS server is running and that your server can connect to it.
If all of above methods doesn't work, please try a phone activation. You can see Support Center Contact Info. | Microsoft Learn or run the command SLUI 4 as an administrator in the Command Prompt.
