Problems with Windows Update and Microsoft Edge

Question

Hello.

I am having problems upgrading Windows Server 2019 Datacenter because when I try to upgrade I get the following message: We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

The machine does have internet access.

When trying to upgrade Microsoft Edge I get the following error: An error occurred while checking for updates: There was a problem downloading the required files. Error: 0x80072ee2 (). (código de error´7: 0X80072EE2 -- system level).

Could you help me to be able to perform the updates?

I have tried disabling the firewall and an ipconfig release and renew but nothing works.

I have also tried the sfc command but that doesn't work either.

Can you help me?
