Remote desktop connection through remote gateway, NPS, and Azure MFA

Hi

we have deployed a Remote desktop connection through the remote gateway, NPS, and Azure MFA extension, but it stopped working, I noticed a certificate assigned Microsoft NPS extension expired,

please suggest how to fix it and try to regenerate the certificate (New-AzureMfaTenantCertificate -TenantId ) but no luck please help.
