Unable to Create Microsoft Azure Portal Support Ticket

I am having a really painful week since i am not able to signup for azure portal with my first time used indian physical sim phone number for verification and even for the matter of sake any other phone number. nothing is been verified. IT gives me below error

SessionID: 5820064d-89fb-4859-88da-a31aa67c2420 TimeStampUTC: 2/26/2025 9:53:03 AM<br><br><br><br>We’re unable to validate your phone number<br><br><br><br>Phone validation is required to confirm your identity and complete signup.Reenter your SMS verification code, or try again with a different phone number

when i tried to raise a support ticket, even that also i am not able to do that. below error appearing on the support ticket landing pagehttps://answers-afd.microsoft.com/static/images/image-not-found.jpg
