exchange mail flow

I have on-prim exchange DAG and 5 servers hosting users mailboxs. software team sends out tens of thousands emails using Apps every day. It caused outlook freeze since the programmers is reckless and trying to zoom all emails out continually. I setup 2 new exchange servers in a new DAG and redirect smtp server DNS to the new server. I hope all emails will go through the 2 new exchange servers and not interfere other exchange servers which host users mailboxes. When I run the test and check email header, I found that emails are still sending out from production DAG servers.

Can anyone help on how to limit the outgoing emails to only the new DAG servers? and how to handle the large amount of such app generated emails? Thanks.
